Returns & Exchange Conditions

After you place your order

Every piece is sewn individually for you. Once your order is placed we get in touch with you, take your measurements and make the size that fits you best. Before your parcel leaves us the garment is checked once more from start to finish, then carefully packed and shipped.

So that we can reach you, please keep your contact channels open and make sure the phone number and e-mail address you give us are correct and reachable. If we cannot reach you, your order cannot move forward.

General rules

• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags attached and in resalable condition.
• Garments made to your own measurements and bridal pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
• An item that has already been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.

The cost of a return — please read this section carefully

Return shipping
The cost of sending the item back to us is paid by you, and you choose your own carrier. Cash-on-delivery return shipments are not accepted.

Customs duties
A return involves two separate customs charges: the duty we paid when your order was shipped out to you — we ship DDP, so you pay nothing on delivery — and the duty charged when the item is imported back into Türkiye. Neither of these is refunded to us by the authorities, so both are deducted from the total amount of your order.

When you request a return we send you an itemised breakdown of these costs for your own order, and nothing is processed until you approve it.

If you would like an exchange

• With a size or colour exchange the costs arise twice: one shipment to send the item back to us, then another shipment and a new customs charge to send the replacement out to you.
• For this reason the return shipping, the outbound shipping of the replacement and the new customs charge are all paid by you.
• The exchange is started once that amount reaches us.

How to request a return or exchange

2. Send us your order number and photographs of the item.
3. Once we approve your request we will send you the return address and the itemised breakdown.
4. After the item reaches us and passes inspection, the remaining amount is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note

• Returns sent without contacting us first will not be processed.
• Parcels refused or left uncollected at customs are returned to us; in that case all shipping and customs costs incurred are deducted from the total amount of your order.
• The item must be sent back with its invoice and original packaging.
• Every returned item is inspected on arrival. Items that have been worn, washed, carry an odour, have had their tags removed or are damaged will not be accepted; the item is sent back to you and the shipping cost is yours.
