Shipping policy

Made to order. Every piece is sewn individually for you. Once your order is placed we get in touch with you, take your measurements and make the size that fits you best. Before your parcel leaves us the garment is checked once more, then carefully packed and shipped.

Carrier and delivery time. All orders are sent with FedEx, fully tracked, and are delivered in 4–7 business days once your order leaves our workshop. Production time is additional and depends on the garment.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout according to your delivery country. Orders to the United States ship for $30 and are free over $600; delivery within Türkiye is free. Some other destinations also ship free above a certain order value. The exact cost for your address is always shown before you pay.

Customs and import taxes. Orders to the United States are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) — we prepay all duties and import taxes, so the price at checkout is your final price and there is nothing to pay on delivery. For all other countries, any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are set by the destination country and are paid by the customer.

Returns and exchanges. We do accept returns and exchanges on international orders if you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please read our Returns & Exchange Conditions first, as return shipping and customs charges are deducted from your refund.
