🔄 Exchange Policy

All our garments are made to order and each one is prepared with care once your order is placed. For this reason, returns are not accepted. A size exchange is possible only under the conditions below.

📌 For evening and special-occasion dresses, a size exchange is valid only if the item is handed back to the courier within 24 hours of delivery.

📌 For made-to-order items (produced to your own measurements), no returns or exchanges are accepted.

📌 An item that has already been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.

📌 The item you wish to exchange must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.

📌 For exchanges, shipping costs both ways are paid by the customer.

📌 The exchange is started once the shipping cost reaches us.
