DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") has been drawn up between the BUYER and the SELLER , whose information is given below, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, in relation to the order placed electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

By confirming the order, the BUYER agrees to pay the product price, shipping costs and other tax liabilities, if any.

TOPIC 2

The subject of this agreement is to determine the BUYER's rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered through the SELLER's website. All prices advertised on the website are sales prices, including taxes. Campaign or discounted prices are valid for the specified period.

3. ORDER AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product type, model, quantity, color, sales price, and payment information are included on the order page. The total price of the contracted product(s), including taxes, along with delivery and payment information, is stated in the order summary.

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

  • The product(s) will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within 30 days from the order confirmation.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances; in this case, the BUYER will be informed.
  • If the product is found to be damaged or defective during delivery, a report must be drawn up by the courier and the product must not be accepted.

5. PAYMENT

Before confirming the order, the BUYER shall review and electronically confirm all information, including payment method, total price, and shipping costs. If, for any reason, the bank or financial institution fails to pay the SELLER the product price, the SELLER's delivery obligation terminates.

6. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The BUYER may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • Notification of withdrawal must be made to the SELLER in writing or via e-mail.
  • The product must be returned in its entirety along with its invoice.
  • Custom-made, designer, evening and wedding dress products cannot be returned; only exchange is possible.
  • The right to return the product is reserved if there is a defect, stain, tear or similar defect.
  • Round-trip shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defect.

7. PERSONAL DATA AND COMMUNICATION

BUYER declares that the personal information shared with SELLER during registration or ordering is accurate. SELLER may use this information in ordering processes and, when necessary, in campaigns, informational or marketing communications, in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. DEFAULT

If the BUYER defaults on credit card or bank payments, the BUYER will be liable for interest and charges in accordance with the relevant bank agreement. Furthermore, the BUYER agrees to compensate the SELLER for any damages incurred due to the delay.

9. COMPETENT COURT

In case of any disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized.

10. ENFORCEMENT

By completing the payment transaction on the website, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon electronic confirmation.
