All of our products are custom-made , and each one is carefully crafted to order. Therefore, returns are strictly prohibited. Size exchanges are only possible under the following conditions.

📌 Size exchanges for evening dresses and special occasion dresses are only valid if the product is returned to the cargo within 24 hours of receipt.

📌 Products made to order (production made with custom measurements) are not subject to return or exchange.

📌 There is no right to exchange a product that has been exchanged before.

📌 The product requested for exchange must be unused, undamaged and suitable for resale .

📌 Round-trip shipping costs for product exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

📌 The exchange process is initiated after the shipping fee reaches us via money transfer .
