1. Do I need to open an account to shop?

You don't have to open an account to shop. However, once you create an account, you can easily place orders without re-entering your information for future purchases.

2. How can I create an account?

alyadua.com > My Account > Create Account > Fill in your personal information and click the Sign Up button.

3. How can I order?

Add the product you like to your cart. Then, go to your cart and click the Proceed to Checkout button. Once you fill in your information and complete your payment, your order will be created.

4. How can I pay for my orders?

You can choose one of the payment methods: Credit Card , Money Order & EFT or Cash on Delivery .

5. How much shipping fee will I pay?

Shipping is free for all orders. However, for orders placed with the Cash on Delivery option, the shipping fee is 200 TL .

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can make changes or cancel your order if you contact us before it is shipped.

7. I have a discount code, how can I use it?

You can activate your discount code by entering it in the "Discount Code" field on the payment page.

8. How can I find out whether my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email . If you're a registered user, you can also check your order status on your My Account page.

9. When will my parcel arrive?

After your cargo leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered within 1–3 business days with Yurtiçi Kargo and within 3–7 business days with PTT Kargo .

10. I would like to receive information about returns and exchanges

As long as the product is unused and in resalable condition, exchanges can be made within 3 business days. Return and re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Special production, evening dresses, wedding dresses and designer products cannot be returned; only exchange is possible.

Returns for damaged or missing products will be accepted within 3 business days of delivery, provided the product is unused and the tags have not been removed. In this case, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the seller.

After the return approval, your payment will be refunded to you within 14 days using the method you used in the order.

11. I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?

If you do not use a credit card, you can make a Money Order/EFT or choose the Cash on Delivery option.

13. Can I iron my evening dress?

A steam iron is recommended. If you're ironing at home, iron at a low temperature, avoid direct contact with the fabric, and place a thin cloth between the irons. The best way to store the garment is on a hanger.

14. How can I keep my evening dress clean?

Dry cleaning is recommended for our evening dresses.
