Important: Order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. Since our products are individually cut and sewn for each customer, cancellations cannot be accepted after this period.

Important: As our shipments are international, additional shipping and customs fees may apply. Due to the nature of these costs, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please keep this in mind before completing your purchase.

Custom Orders: For items that are tailored or sewn to your specific measurements, cancellations, returns, or exchanges cannot be accepted once production has begun.

Shipped Orders: Once your package has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or return.
